Girl, 10, found hanged in bedroom

A 10-year-old girl has been found hanged at her home in Manchester.

Megan Walker was discovered by a member of her family in her bedroom in Colby, Harpurhey at 1620 BST on Wednesday.

She was taken to hospital but died in the intensive care unit 24 hours later. A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out later.

A police spokesman said they were trying to establish the circumstances surrounding the young girl's death and inquiries were ongoing...

But the article says she was lively and bubbly...Unless she was manic depressive? :|...strange

What news story about a dead child ever describes them as anything other than lively, bubbly, cheery, bright etc?

I can remember one interview of a dead kids "friend" who described him as a bully...

Kid: He had a happy go lucky attitude
News Anchor: WHat do you mean?
Kid: He would go around thumping us.

(Ofcourse there is a chance that I misunderstood it...)
