This forum is proving obsessive this afternoon or maybe my brain is just fired up !!
What is the opinion of the forum on asians who rip of the tax man........especially when they sit around in their hackney carriage all day long, sweating like a dog (not really true because dogs don't sewat), earning £800 & only declaring £100, and then look down on those who infact pay their taxes to fund the family credit which he then claims...!!!!!!!!!!!

personally i dont hold an opinion on tax evaders.
but i believe there is a clear distinction between tax evasion and tax avoidance.
i salute those who successfully pull off the latter.

Firstly, plently of white people do it too. It's not jsut an asian thing. Oh, yeah of course I think it's a bit stupid, people eventually get caught! After claim 500 times that they'll be fine!

I think that this is a very important point. Accountants regularly work to ensure that their employers can go around the tax man when he comes to audit every April
The man driving a taxi is the simple man's method. Look at the big blue collar workers to see real (sneeky but lawful) tax fidling in play :oops:

Please minus all the garbage some of you are speaking! I have no sympathy for these ppl, i don't care if they're asian and muslim, white, black, whatever fraud is fraud. Fraud=Haram=Sin=Big NO NO
The benefit system is there to help ppl in need not ppl who are living comfortably! I know countless asian ppl who do this. Taxi drivers and restaurant owners and other business owners.
Other ppl are working to the bone to make ends meet, when they could pack in their job and live the easy life sitting on benefits. So why should individuals who have perfectly well paid jobs get assistance when regular joes graft hard to make ends meet. These ppl are lazy criminals i despise them!

Plus the Quran says, don't let the Jews and Christians be your absolute protectors, while you sit back and leach off them, ie don't bum around! Be hardworking and honest!

I cant see where anyone has advocated or encouraged tax evasion, so am at a loss as to how some of us are speaking "garbage"? :?
