Who is alive and kicking?

This website has been on life support for a number of years.

The main reasons for keeping it running were the chance that someone may decide to put some time and effort into it and secondly, to keep all the old content.

However recently, Google has initiated a policy where search results for "non-secure" websites are not given as much prominence.

The current incarnation of this website does not have https activated. While it is not too difficult, a question of need remains.

There have been a number of issues recently that would have benefited from having more voices from the Muslim community - especially women when it comes to women's rights issues.

The question is whether anyone wants to take part in such an effort and whether that would be valued coming from this website.

I can provide a technical platform to people who want to have their views known. I know others have tried their own initiatives recently which haven't succeeded yet, but I am also unsure if there is any value in keeping this place running.

Are there many people visiting this website anymore?

The FB page seems to be ongoing with activity. But none of it is linked back to the website nor was the Lets Talk Show podcasts. Seems like the website isnt being used/kept up to date.

So this is us on the raggedy edge.

Use social media platforms (the revival facebook group or twitter) to boost content where there is opportunity. It will direct (or force) people to use the website.

Older discussions on here are a useful starting point.

When new content is posted, there is an option to post a link on to twitter. I use it almost all the time.

Problem is the lack of new content.
