Everyone is pulling a face, grabbing the bars, looking like they're about to cry and I'm the only one with my arms up with the worlds biggest (cheesiest) smile on my face.
Has anyone ever been on a rollercoaster straight after they've gotten off one? I think I've done that atleast twice for every scary ride in Alton Towers I've ever been on, although I was forced to go on Infusion in Blackpool and nearly died. That was the only ride I came off with a massive headache because it went so fast and you stay upside down for longer.
Oh and another one which was really bad, because it went really high up and upside down and everything whilst spinning around, and my silly headscarf came in the way and covered my eyes so I couldn't see anything. Which made it so much more worse!
The adrenaline you get before and after you go on scary rides is just something to remember.
This poll has just brought back all the joys and memories!
I kept being told that Thorpe Park is awesome, the best etc so before I went I had high expectations of it. But when I did go it didn't live upto my expectations! Most of the rides were kinda lame although I loved stealth and one or two others. I did think I was going to break my neck on one of them though! I remember having a similar feeling of being injured when going upside down, on one of the rides in Blackpool maybe the Pepsi Max?
But yh, I do love the adrenaline from the rides

Last place i visited was Drayton Manor. For the first time, ever, i didn't faint. That was probably because they'd removed Black Revolver. I don't know why i faint on that but its happened about two-three times. I wouldn't even call it a ride. Its not a thriller. Its not a rollercoaster. You don't even have to wear a seatbelt lol. Its just pitch black, loud hurting-your-ears type music, and you spin and spin and spin and spin and it gets faster and faster and faster. That's all.

I have a photo on the Oblivion ride.

I love that picture...
WHAT A QUESTION!!
OF COURSE ALTON TOWERS IS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still remember oblivion. So much great memories. Went on it twice too!!
Although Blackpool has fairly good thrill rides aswell. Just A.MA.Z.I.N.G. >_<
I love scary rides me, and oblivion was just the highlight of Alton Towers.
I used to too. Then I got a road legal superbike (0-62 in 2.02 seconds, almost 80mph in 1st gear) and started having fun on the M40.
No theme park ride comes within 10,000 miles of that thrill.
It's truely awesome.
Hate theme parks
cant think of a worse place to have a good time
think the last time I went, I sat under a tree and ate
whilst everyone went on rides
Lol!

The old one was boring me so I had to change it, this was a good enough replacement. Although this result is surprising - no one has voted no?!

A MOTORBIKE - WHY IS NO ONE LISTENING TO ME...!!!???
That's an awesome idea, but the amount of accidents i have seen involving motorbikes scares me.
Edit: The image isn't working.
