How often do you ever see this? No wonder making the lives of others more convinient and safer, holds so much reward. I suppose this can apply to small items too, like seeing a cracked glass bottle or a banana skin that a little kid might slip on. I think we all shouldn't be littering the streets in the first place... there's bins for a reason!
