i just think its pathetic that u dont have the nerve to talk about people in public cos u know ur argument would just get ripped aprt-so u spend all ur time sending PM's behind people's back
On the old forum MS and MSlilisis wanted morality cops in England. They said it on the “Enjoining what is bad and forbidding what is good” thread on the old forum. Loads of people replied, everyone was outraged and disgusted about the idea and MS and MSlilsis didn’t have a leg to stand on.

Morality cops are kufr. They blatantly go against the commandment that the Koran says no compulsion in religion. Do you agree or disagree?

Morality cops for what?

I do think it is a good idea to have lots of street police enforcing laws against spitting, litter, public abuse, being drunk and disorderly etc. We can easily afford it and it carries obvious benefits. I also think paperwork should be reduced significantly and computerised admin made more efficient. Trained crime and emergency professionals having to do lots of paperwork simply isn't acceptable.

Judda, why are you making trouble?

judda — Mon, 12 Dec 2005 - 14:22

no they mean MUSLIM morality cops, the so-called islamic ones, they sed so, they arrest girls if they dont want headscarves on...

I remember the discussion and it wasn't as judda was making out.

In my area for a period of time we had something along this idea and i personally liked it. It got rid of the drug dealers from our area for at least 6 months and a couple of bloke in their 30's who should have know better were warned about some of the stuff they used to get up too. Our area improved and it was a good idea, it was just sad there wasn't enough rienforcement for it to last longer. As muslims we have responsibility to look after our area and this idea isn't too fair away from such idea like Neighbourhood watch scheme. The truth of the matter was that some muslims bloke in the early 30's and late 20's had much more influence over some of hoodlum in our area then the police or authority have, so there was nothing wrong in them using their influence too make the area better. If it came back again it will have my backing.

oright so arresting girls 4 not wearing a headscarfe will have ur backing :?: they speciffically mentioned those types of morality cops. I even told lilisis how she wud like 2 get arrested 4 committing shirk, yuit wot r u on about, they aint da morality cops they were on about

swear down on your beleoved prophet Muhammad whom you worship sincerly that you and ur sis did not say u wanted morality cops :!: :!: :!: :?:
I have nothing to prove to someone who slanders me behind my back to other members and then is shameless enough to PM the whole conversation to my sister.

If according to you I said something which “everyone was outraged and disgusted about” and as a result “I didn’t have a leg to stand on”.

The onus is on YOU Judda to provide a link to the entire argument. Your “summary” of the argument is totally incorrect. No one here is in a position to speak on behalf of other members without sufficient proof.

However, your PM’s to my sister has shown that you’re an expert in making up what members have supposedly said or done. So I wouldn’t really expect any less from you.

Btw I don't "worship" the Holy Prophet (saw), but then again your opinions regarding my beliefs and views hold little weight in my eyes.

Another thread for the lock down.

You've obviously got issues with certain members if you can't sort them out in private, then just keep a tight lid on it, it serves no purpose here, and the rest of us don't wana listen to heresay thanx very much!

EDIT: THREAD LOCKED, YOU MAY RESUME THE THREAD AFTER YOU PROVIDE THE RELEVANT LINKS
