I doubt its a real degree accepted by other institutions etc, but for learning for its own purpose instead of gaining a qualification, it could be good depending on the quality of the teachers etc. If it is, then quite good going.

(the founder of that place does seem to be an inspirational speaker where it is said that during his jum'ah khutbahs in America, even non Muslims would come and listen. On the other hand, he can be a bit sectarian).

Other places to consider that do NOT as far as I know offer as formal a qualification that I have heard of but cannot vouce for are http://www.utrujj.org/ (I only know of then because they used to spam this place) and http://www.sunnipath.com.
