Boris Johnson criticised for 'Kosovo' benefits remark
Ministers have criticised Boris Johnson for saying he would not allow "Kosovo-style social cleansing" in London, amid a row over housing benefit reforms.
Many London MPs are concerned the £400-a-week cap will force people out of the city and the Conservative mayor said that would not happen "on my watch".

First Vince Cable transmitting views about there not being against a " Nationalist 'Jihad' against foreign companies " where they should be . . [ to struggle against foreign investment when the UK is at its barest in manufacturing, would be something to focus on and retain!] and now this buffoon making a statement that is patently racist. Has he elaborated on the Ethnicity being cleansed - London is famous for being the 'melting pot' it is - or perhaps a few elements need to be filtered out, eh, Boris ?.
