Boring and boredom

I previously defined boredom as "the impatience for something - anything - to happen" which seems to be pretty accurate in the real world.

but what about "boring" what is boring? are you boring?

If not, why not?

Is boring a bad thing?

I don't think boredom really exists, it's just us not bothering to use our minds to do something creative instead.

Boring, on the other hand does exist, a person can be boring, a book can be boring, a canvas can be boring - something or someone that is dull, tedious or can't hold our attention and/or excite us, is being boring.

All I can do is nab some news from BBC news that I find interesting... but then I do not want to ... bias others views by rephrasing it with my opinion as I want to see others first reactions. but that rarely happens.

it gives an insight to just a little bit more of his life? it can make all the difference to some people. and character analysis would become so much easier! 😛 🙂

LOL would people really sit there reading other peoples comments and analyse like that?! that would be incredibly sad!

I meant more in the sense of just generally "getting to know" someone through what they say AND what you know about their life. You can't understand someone without background information. if u get what i mean? :S
