I don't think the first 4 are anything to worry about.

As for the other two, we are also disadvantaged, so its not just about legacy.

I don't think the cartoon is about the actual 'threats' mentioned.

For me, it's about the Climate of Fear that has been created around those areas.

So even if someone isn't affected by any of the things mentioned directly, they still 'suffer' because of them, due to being fearful and anxious the whole time.
