As a former Liverpool fan i wanted manure to win for some bizarre reason, my dislike of chelscum and its ownership to say the least ....., fantastic game - tazmania should have made 3-0 before half time and when he missed the open net i just knew chelscum would score and they duly did. Twice hitting the woodwork and pretty much dominating the rest of the match, the russian revolution could not get the elusive goal to take the most elusive of trophies. It went to the gamble of the lottery shootout, the show donkey missed in his scond successive CL game from the spot and Moscow was set for a mega russian party yet The terrier slipped and le sulk only added to his depressive woes leaving Moscow red again, the boys in blue could feel hard done by and the Moscow square could not have been more aptly named, oh well money cant buy everything.

extra time was even steven- they hit bar, giggs missed sitter.
end of day nobody really deserved to lose it- but thank god we won

i think football bring sout the passion/emotions and all the great and sad feelings you go through all in one go!

That was a rather interesting match, it's quite nice to be neutral in such a match, was backing manure utd at one point, but then wanted to chelsea too, but then i didn't :S according to my brother, a die hard manure fan, if manure lost he would put it down to food poisoning from Abrahamovic and the Russian people lol.

when gerrard first broke through he was known for running into the box and winning penalties - he doesn't do it as often now but a very tactful diver.
