The Journey of Hadith Seminar has been postponed due to severe weather and disruption warnings by the met office.
New date and venue: Sat 23rd and Sun 24th January at the London Muslim Centre. Please continue to register from now.
All of our speakers have confirmed their attendance on the new date.
We are not cancelling the event but simply postponing it to another date. As soon as we found out about the weather conditions from our brothers in Harlow, we took action and booked an alternative, more central venue on 23rd and 24th January. Our speakers very graciously and promptly confirmed their attendance on that weekend, Alhamdulillah.
Thus 'The Journey of Hadith Seminar' will go ahead with the same speakers and the same format on the weekend of 23rd and 24th January at the London Muslim Centre. It is a bigger venue so more people can attend. Please continue registering and spreading the word from now. You can register at www.islamicseminars.org.uk.
All the brothers and sisters who have confirmed their attendance this weekend, will automatically be confirmed for the alternative dates. We apologise to those who cannot make it on the weekend of the 23rd; we will refund them fully as soon as they confirm that they cannot attend.
Although this is an inconvenience, we did not want to be in a situation wherein severe disruptions actually occur without us taking any precautions. We felt it was wiser to be pre-emptive and safe.
We thank our speakers for being so understanding and patient with us and hope that that those who have already registered and the community will be equally understanding. We would also like to thank everyone that has worked so hard thus far. The hard work will now continue so that the event can be a success in January
