Christmas 2012 Doctor Who

If you dont like or dont watch Doctor Who then dont bother commenting because there's obviously something wrong with you and so itd be nice to have normal people commenting on here.

If no one comments, then ill just assume im the only normal one here.

Before I start, if anybody wants to propose or is thinking of proposing blah blah please look at the following link before going ring shopping. Not that id wear the ring anyway since I find them really...annoying. Anyway the box is more attractive than he ring it self.

 

Also, in case you are wondering about the ring, I like the one they have on lord of the rings. Nice and simple. Il just sit there on my wedding day muttering my precious with a tardis box next to my glass of water.

Back to why I made the blog.

Thoughts on recent doctor who episode?

I loved it more than the whole few series with matt smith, Karen and Arthur.

 

It had the David Tennant atmosphere and if it carries on like this ... Then maybe i will finaly accept matt smith as the doctor.

I'm glad Moffat noticed that his tardis had gone the wrong way, it was the

worst thing about the new doctor, a tardis with toys on the mainconsole.

The girls twice dead. More deaths than Rory over a comparable time!

From what I read on the interwebs... this episode is like a prequel to one written in around 1968.

There there is mention of a Great Intelligence and the abominable snowmen decide to attack the london underground (for which the Doctor gives a map in this episode saying that its a "weakness" in London...)

There better be more than 7 episodes this year...

Its a space ship... its ONE BIG TOY! The one before was all Spacey and futuristic. This ones a bit more steampunk. I liked how the staircase was bigger on the outside lol.

Didnt like how the Lizard woman was supposedly gay and how it ended. I thought the whole worm biting him was a clever way to defeat the snow but that doeznt work for some reason but a crying family does? What?

I think they should bring Donna back.

This was a christmas special and new episodes will probably be in spring.

If you want to go all the way to the start, Doctor Who started like 50 years ago. (November 2013 being its 50th anniversary...) but like The Revival it had its sputters and stops and starts in the middle.

Since you saw this episode, you may aswell try to see the one that features the same woman - Season 7 episode 1 - "Asylum of the Daleks".

Other good episodes to watch are:

1. The Empty Child / The Doctor Dances (2 parter)

4. Blink.

3. Silence in the Library / Forest of the Dead,

4. The eleventh Hour

5. The Time of Angels / Flesh and Stone

6. The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang.

7. Dalek

I also didnt appreciate what I saw as a "gay agenda" with the preaching of gay marriage, but I think adults can easily choose to ignore such things (probably less so for kids...)

I had nightmare yesterday:

Its doctor who related. Dalek Caan is in it. The human Dalek Caan. Wearing his suit.

So the nightmare has a past and a present
Many many years ago a father and a daughter went into the forest to check it out
They discovered that the trees were getting large
They went further in the forest
And found like a cave like place
They went inside and were faced with a robot
The robot killed the father
The robot then gave the fifteen year old girl a task
She had to build a clock from a cockroach, a plank of wood and other items in two minutes
Under pressure she demanded that the cockroach be cut in half

Apparently in the dream that was a really intelligent thing to do
So the robot decided that she would live

Over the years the girl grew to be half a robot
She gave birth to a baby robot

The baby robot grew into a man robot with a moustache.

Now we come into the future where I exist in the story

I was talking to captain America in my living room

And someone knocked on the door

I looked out the window and there were two black figures

Captain America told me to go hide

I went to the other room and listened through the door

The two people that came in to the house was the baby robot that grew up and the other at the time I had no idea

I heard the other person come through the door so I opened the door and saw dalek caan in his suit

I was so scared I locked the door and tried to jump out the window.

The End.

The 'girl' in the tardis screaming DOCTOR, is the Doctor's companion. Her name is Amy Pond. Knowing that would really help you. I think Lilly is talking about the episode 'The Lodger'.

Imagine if you were walking down a street, that you usually walk upon and from a house you hear someone asking you to help them. It's a little kids voice. What would you actually do, realistically?
