In islam it says stay away from ppl that are not proper muslims (or somefing like that anywaiiz)my matez are my LIFE i dunnno were i wiuld be without them...
I act like a propaa bad mannn nd i can be a real B**** wen i want 2 be but my matez put up with that in skool i am like the most religious preson there -kind of- nd my matez fully support me all the fam probz or life messes i hav had my frendzz hav alwayz been the cushion for me to fall on wen eva i am upset my mates will lend there shoulders for me to cry on. for some ppl frendz are everything 4 them and thats the way i feel about myn but weneva i feel that they need 2 be closer 2 islam i stop them and make them think and i know they do the sam 4 me but the thing is,is that i hav very aggresive anger problemz and i am slowly turnin my matez in 2 me and it scares me coz i am ruinin their livez and its my fault,,,, i dunno wat 2 do.i hav tried 2 make them normal again but i cant their like, destroyin their own livez becoz of me......

wow you have a lot of issues....sorry what i mean is you've gotta stop worrying so much. have more faith in Allah(swt) and constantly make dua to him while practicing sabr(patience).
Just like you had an influence on them while you were acting all bad and that insha allah if you start practicing they will see that and be influenced towards Islam.
coming back to what you mentioned earlier about staying away from certain non practicing muslims. it's not that you should completely avoid them, it is your duty to guide them insha allah. we've all had friends like that, i think most of us ourselves come from a bad background of jahil life.
Just try to make sure you are atleast in a good environment where haram thingd don't take place. You don't want to hang around a bad atmosphere, if you can change the atmosphere they are in then it's easier to change them.
at the end of the day every individual is responsible for their own actions. worrying for others is a good quality you posess but just don't make their problems yours cause you have no control over what others do.

If you are young its a blessing.
and friends and opinions of them has nothing to do with what century people live in.
If they are good friends that encourage to do good, then they are worth keeping. But if they encourage or bring out the bad in you, then they need to be ditched.
Now, here is where it gets complicated - people confuse nice (and being agreeable) with good. If you do something wrong and they support you in doing that wrong thing, it is not good. A good friend here would try to talk some sense into you or talk you out of it. A bad friend would encourage you.

OK here we believe in treating everyone, the youth included, with respect. But just bare in mind that there are some people here who have just that bit more wisdom than you. I say that to myself before I say it to you or anyone else. We all have faults that prevent us from seeing the WHOLE picutre sometimes; for somepeople it's anger and for some it's past experience/stereotypes.
But no you definately aren't stupid and don't deserve to be treated like that.
