Its true, we should all try to avoid 'swearing' and begin to get out of that habit. Hmm, im going to get started by reciting the Shahadah as much as i can today!

We will not be questioned on our thoughts, bad thoughts are not sins. You have to do something to be sinful.

Good intentions without actions still gets us reward, though!
