British Soldiers

Just a question.

In Sudan, Arab Muslims are Massacring African muslims.

If British soldiers were ever deployed there as peace keepers what would your position be?

I for one would probably be all for it (depending on T & C's).

Just wondering what others' opinion would be? not bothered? against? why?

My reason would be the soldiers would be preserving life. For those who are nit picky in these things, they would be preserving Muslim life.

admin your not mr current affairs are you ,its a bit late for that admin  , they signed a peace treaty back in 2005

wasnt the war between the arab majority north agaisnt the christian majority south :?:

the fact is the british soldiers as well as the american soldeirs should have been deployed as peace keepers in sudan like 20 yrs ago  , they also should have supplied aid to sudan and could have prevented the million of civillians died from lack of food

in fact this is another problem resulting from being a former colony of the british empire , so it should have been imperative more like a responsibility of britain to keep peace

the same thing happened in Rwanda where the belgiums left caused divisions hence civil war and just sat back and watched the massacures of civillians while the west done nothing

i believe Africa as a continent (excluding arab north africa) was raped by the western countries and now they owe a responsibilty to help em out, years of colonisation and stealing of resources have left africa in the state it is in

Killings are still going on in Sudan.

I think you are geting slightly confused with Nigeria which has a Muslimnorth and Christian South. Sudan is predominantly Muslim. North are descendents of Arabs. South are not.

I believe that Africa as a whole was taken for a ride by th rest of the world, but Fellow Africans colluded in the downfall.
