My Blogging

Salams All,

I have a few questions:

Are the blogs too frequent?

Do you get the feeling of "oh not again mate"?

Have you got something positive out of them?

Have they wasted time in your life; time that you'll nerver get back?

Are they boring? (do you read them when you can't get to sleep so that you CAN get to sleep?)

If you have any feedback about my blogging please send me a private message.

This could be positive or negative feedback. Please don't be rude, but at the same time please DO be honest. I like constructive criticism.

Thanks you.

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Does this mean, we can't reply on here?

Personally I love them. The content and the format and stuff, its all good.

Longer, the better Biggrin

You can if you want, I just thought some people may feel more comfortable feeding back on PM.

Okie dokie, here it is!

1) I think the blogs aren't too frequent, but instead of having it every day, do it every two days or every few days, that way it gives people time to read, as well as respond.

2) I don't think of it as 'oh not again mate' because it's something i look forward to. I want to know what your going to post and it's interesting. You keep the blogs alive, and it doesn't become 'soo' serious and boring. Your an active member and one of the best newbies!

3) Yepp i definitely have gained a lot of postives. Its made me understand 'your' version of seeing things from 'outside the box'. The article about 'How do you like your fish fingers?' reminds me that everyone has reasons for doing certain things so we shouldn't 'just' judge them without fully knowing their intentions. 'You only live Twice' has shown me, that your efforts to help another person are always rewarded, whether that means in this life or the next. The 'We're out of Coke' gives an example of how we're all given the same name, even though we're not a part of it (like terrorism).

4) Well obviously, some may say that staying on this site for too long, wastes valuable time (It 'might' do if you have revision to do!) But in my opinion, if your gaining some good things, (like improving the way you construct your thoughts, or how to debate without shouting or simply learning new things) then it's worth it. Its a place where we can discuss issues that face the Youth so its not always a waste of time!

5) Your blogs aren't boring! I'm still waiting for the reply to the Janet and Trudy story which you haven't given the answer to because of lack of 'participants'. Don't think i forgot, I still want to know the 'deep' meaning behind it.

Im sure my repsonse are not rude, Im giving my honest opinion. But... for some reason i keep getting the hint that your putting your self down, when theres no need to be! Maybe it's because you don't feel like we're appreciating it. So, thank you ever so much, for blogging, and spilling out your thoughts!

I can't let you know the meaning. YOU need to figure that one out. Or if enough people reply to that post, I can conclude on that blog.

No, you're response isn't rude. Smile

I'm not putting myself down, I just wanted to make sure that there actually is a benifit for writing my thoughts. I didn't want to be wasting everyones time on here with something the don't want, need or understand the point of.

I don't write to get peoples appreciation, just to show people how I look at life. But thanks for being kind.

Smile

'I' have to figure it out?! Well i did come up with a list of possibilites, so I think i've done my part (besides being unsuccessful in trying to make other members reply!)

Like Rawrr mentioned, (something along the lines of..) If you don't like whats being posted, theres always an option of not replying or simply ignoring it. Your not wasting your efforts, I can assure you. Even if its just one person who gains a lesson or two, mission accomplished.

Yeah, i realised exactly the same thing! Maybe he's having a silent week? Apparently he's 'always' quiet so we should ask the people in his office!
