Looking for a hadith!!! HELP!

Salaam all! im looking for the hadith about if you do a good deed and someone copies you you get the same reward as them with their reward being decreased. And the same for bad deeds.

And if you find any comments/explanation/interpretation of the hadith, please please please please let me know!!!

in my defence i DID know that you had posted this hadith up somewhere but i couldnt remember for the sake of me what to search for (hence my unfruitful google search)

i also DID know that you had linked that hadith to something else we were talking about, but again, couldnt remember what it was...

all in all, i was kinda hoping you'd link it again.
